This week, I first went back and revisited some of my old animatics and research, and watched some more sumo. I was having a lot of trouble balancing intensity with how quick a real sumo match. As a result I redid all of the animation from scratch-- the timing still needs to be fixed but I'm much happier with this iteration (as wonky as it is). TL;DR I shortened the match and tried to just focus the on the energy before and after it (since that's how it seems IRL), taking mainly from the moment of intensity before the charge.
